 We are planning the Spring trips at the moment which should be finalised in the next three weeks.

 Post office museum and Railway and london cana l Museum .   We visit Mount pleasant post office museum,  and old sorting office  to see how our mail and telephone calls were  processed. We travel on the newly restore  underground railway. The London Canal Museum  explains the history of transportation around London before the railways and lorries took over.  Price: £49.95

 Chester Day  We visit this interesting city.  So many shops and places to eat.  The roman remains, The Castle, The Walls walk, The falcon displays, The Cathedral.  Have a day out with your friends and perhaps a gossip in one of the many tea shops.  Price £19.99

 Bletchley ParkThis park which housed the code breakers during the 1939/45 war was instrumental in saving thousands of lives and perhaps shortening the war by two years see where the enigma and the Lorenz codes were broken, rebuilt ‘bombes’ and a museum of machines that were developed, to help the breakers.  The Hat Museum & factory followed by the Stockport caves   Stockport was the centre of Millinery during the Victorian era until the last few years.  We see  how the Ladies and Mens hats ( Bowlers, Stovepipes, Silk Tops etc) were made. Also the fabulous ladies creations.  Then we go to the Stockport Caves, these were built as air raid shelters for the people of Manchester and Stockport they held 6500 people.  Now these caves are a museum from the period..  Price £35.00
